This young cat from St. Louis (Midwest Stand Up!)has a really nice...

..."Hip-Pop" sound. He's one of the more radio ready unsigned artists that's submitted music to me in a while. A&R's...WAKE UP. This kid has some serious potential. Check out his first single, "Weak" (I see that SWV sample :)), and his second, "Party Tonite".
